Allegiant Stadium is a 65,000-seat sports and entertainment venue just west of the Las Vegas Strip and the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV Rebels. The enclosed, climate-controlled stadium also hosts major concerts, college football, sporting events, and other large-scale events.

The stadium can also be experienced outside major events through behind-the-scenes tours that provide access to areas normally closed to the public.

What to Expect at Allegiant Stadium

Allegiant Stadium is an enclosed, climate-controlled venue designed for large sporting events and concerts. One of its defining features is a retractable natural-grass field that can be moved outside the building when it isn’t being used.

Inside, the Al Davis Memorial Torch overlooks the stadium and connects the venue to the history of the Raiders. The stadium’s event configuration can change considerably depending on whether you’re attending football, a concert, or another major event.

Allegiant Stadium is best known as the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, who have played at the stadium since relocating to Las Vegas in 2020. The stadium is also home to UNLV Rebels football during the college season.

Tours typically last about 75 minutes and involve more than a mile of walking. The route can change depending on events and activity inside the stadium, so not every area is guaranteed on every tour. Tour capacity is limited, making advance reservations a good idea if this is a priority during your Las Vegas trip.

Nearby Things to Do

Mandalay Bay is directly east of Allegiant Stadium and offers dining, entertainment, and attractions including Shark Reef Aquarium. The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign is farther south along Las Vegas Boulevard and can fit naturally earlier in the day before an evening event.
