The Fountains of Bellagio transform the lake in front of Bellagio into a choreographed water show set to music and lights. More than 1,200 fountains stretch across the lake, with powerful jets sending water as high as 460 feet above the Las Vegas Strip.
The show is free and easy to work into almost any Strip itinerary. Performances run throughout the afternoon and evening, with different musical selections and fountain choreography. You can simply stop along Las Vegas Boulevard for the next performance or make the fountains part of a longer visit to Bellagio.

The fountains are impressive during the day, but after dark the lighting and illuminated Bellagio backdrop add another dimension to the show.
Where to Watch the Bellagio Fountains
The sidewalk along Las Vegas Boulevard in front of Bellagio provides the easiest free view and puts you close to the water. The viewing area near the center of the lake offers a broad look at the choreography with Bellagio rising behind the fountains.
You can also watch from other vantage points around the lake, including several Bellagio restaurants that overlook the fountains. These can pair a meal with the show, although fountain-view dining generally requires more planning than simply walking up to the lake.
